This is a very clean and excellent 2020 Grand Design 311 BHS. It has a queen in the master bedroom, dinette that turns into a bed, two like-leather theater (heated, massage) seats, electric fire place, bunks beds, love seat that turns into a bed, two bathrooms, outside kitchen, electic leveling system, electric/propane refrigerator, electric/propane water heater, two 14.2 gallon propane tanks, two gray tanks totalling 87 gallons, two black tanks totalling 87 gallons, two power awnings, dry weight 11,185 pounds, GVWR 13,995 pounds, kitchen has plenty of storage that includes a pantry. This trailer has only been in California, and we are the original owners. We have been very happy with our Grand Design; we are wanting to upgrade to a bigger rig.
