This Jayco Precept 29V features a single, full length slide which makes it ideal for someone who enjoys both being on the road and being camped. Unlike many multi-slide models, the rear bedroom and king size bed is still accessible and usable while driving or stopped. If you simply want to pull over and rest you can do so without putting out the slide or leveling jacks. This model also features an outdoor kitchen and television which makes for a very pleasant outdoor experience. Not many class A motorhomes have these features. The 3 televisions can pick up local stations from the antenna or be setup to use whatever streaming service you like. The bathroom shower is quite large and features a skylight. The refrigerator and freezer is also quite large. There is a three burner propane range and convection microwave. Since it has an outdoor kitchen, these features are seldom used. There is an overhead bunk which can hold up to 700 pounds. This is one of the many features that Jayco seems to do better than its competitors. The rear master bedroom has storage under the bed as well as ample closet space, reading lights, and mirrors. The length measures 32' which does not include the ladder which extends approximately another foot. The overall condition is very good but there is minor wear and tear. It runs, drives, and stops great. Its really a fun vehicle to drive and can tow up to 5,000 lbs. We primarily used it to travel for work between Arkansas and Colorado but are having another a baby. There is no carpet which makes it very pet and kid friendly. There are no leaks, mold, or weird smells. It is currently located in Northwest Arkansas but delivery can possibly be arranged. There is a loan on the vehicle through Union Bank. This RV is ready to go with fresh oil changes in both engine and generator. Air conditioners and heaters work great.
