We had a 32 foot gas model previously that was harder to maneuver and got 8 mpg.  this one has as much room, double the fuel mileage, has all the power to climb mountains, can park in most parking lots and love it!  You will also!
This rig can also get into all the National Parks (many parks prohibit any larger rigs).
We love watching Sunday football games or movies on our outdoor TV.  All 3 TVs are smart TVs.
Bathroom is very spacious.
Plenty of storage inside and out.

We were going to retire and travel the country, but decided to keep working and only use it 3 weeks per year.Now we go 20 miles away, which is a waste for this fine rig!
Front bucket sears swivel to become part of the house.
All new batteries replaced recently, tires have about 1000 miles, upgraded flooring, annual servicing by dealer. Awning (power) and toppers replaced in 2022. Low hours on generator.
It has been stored inside and very well taken care of.
Diesel turbo.
May consider a trade for a well equipped lite traier and cash.
The only issue is the leather on the seats and couch.  Thor has always had an issue with this.  I use seat covers.  Price reflects this.
Other than that, she's a great motorhome!
