This Rv is a one owner, owned by an 85 year old widow. Being alone now it is no longer being used. An RV dealer inspected an cleaned the AC unit in July 2023. The original hot water heater has been bypassed and a 10 Gallon one installed. It has rugs placed over the carpeted area to keep them in nearly new condition. Batteries are fairly new. Unit is set up under a covered carport. Had a new seal coat roof in July 2023 done by a professional and has never leaked. Cabinet doors and drawer slides are all working as they should. Bed is super comfy. Thus RV has never been smoked in and never had children in it.
