Bought this vehicle about a year ago when I retired but because of my need to take care of my parents full time now I'm barely using it and decided to sell it. It has: a tv, dvd player, microwave, electric/battery/gas fridge, 2 burner gas stove, 2 new batteries, one for the vehicle and one for the camper side generator. It is well maintained, clean, new hoses for clean and gray water. It has a big manual awning great to give you an outdoor area to relax. Rear view camera and gps included and a great sound system. Inside bathroom with toilet and shower but it also has an outside shower as well. It has a front and rear separate ac units and Ceiling fan/extractor. Mercedes Benz diesel motors give you great mileage (as much as a 4 cylinder car) and are built to last over 500,000 miles. It is registered as a VAN and that means that you can park anywhere that a regular van can park at. No parking restrictions like in an RV. No need for expensive RV insurance either unless you choose to.The price is for cash payments only. If you want to pay with cashier's checks, money orders, etc there will be an additional 5% charge and the vehicle WON'T BE RELEASED UNTILL 30 Days after payment clears, due to scammers tactics, and there is no reimbursement or cash back. No wire transfers. For a showing and test drive you most have a valid drivers license and be over 25 years old. Showings are to be scheduled for the weekend since my family all work and only during day time hours.
