We bought this 5th wheel brand new in May 2022 from RV leaders in PA and it was immediately delivered and placed under a 20 x 44 pavillion so it has been covered it's entire life. Currently it is on a permanent site and being listed by a realtor but we can sell the lot seperately or the RV if we choose to do so. It can be disconnected from electric, sewer, and water in minutes for transport. It is one mile from Prince Gallitzin state park and glendale lake. I stayed in it (nonsmokers) two to three days a week during boating season May-Oct and winterized it from Oct - Apr. Have a clear PA title for easy transfer to new owner. It has active high speed Xfinity internet which allows me to keep 24/7 surveillance on the RV and lot via Blink cameras. This unit obviously is like new and features a two bath, two bed configuration and everything works as it should. Most of the controls are via bluetooth with a smart phone app. The front AC unit was replaced in Sept of 2023 under warranty. We are selling as my wife just doesn't come out very often and maintaining the large lot every week is not worth it as we only live 20 miles from the site and can commute to the boat marina.
