Almost New! Very slightly used 31MB. As with most people who sell new RV's our plans have changed and we will not be needing this unit anymore. We spared no expense on this unit. It comes with a platinum transferable warranty that is good for another 3 years. This is a mid bunk set up which has a full set of bunkbeds in one of the slide outs, as well as drawers and a place for additional TV. I have seem people who have converted this room to an office or pet room as well. The main queen bedroom has its own A/C unit and ample storage under the bed and with a closet. The living room and kitchen in the rear has two slide outs for maximum room, this is what we loved about this RV. Has an island sink, oven and 3 burner stove. Electric refrigerator that works off the solar panel so while in transit all your gorceries stay nice and cold. It really gave us the space we needed for being with family. Everyting we bought for it will come with it. Plates, Silverware, Cookware, Hoses, Surge Protector, Sewer hoses, pressure regulators, etc. This is a turn key unit. Also has a 20K goosebox hitch so no need to cramp up the bed of your truck with that massive hitch. It rides super smooth and is a dream to tow without the need of a dually.
