Excellent Rig
We bought this unit and traveled the country for a year. We converted the master into a bunk room for our kids, but easily converted back to a king master bedroom.
We just recently replaced the roof with all new plastic components roof seals and membrane ($13000 value) along with a new rear onning.
The interior is very comfortable and spacious and all electronics including the 3 tvs will be left in the camper.
The hydraulic leveling jacks make it easy as pushing a button to fully level out the camper.
The rear ramp doubles as a deck with railing and stairs and the garage has seating along with a second wash room and screen doors. We loved sleeping in the rear bunk with the deck down at night.
We replaced the 5th wheel pin box ($3000 value)
The trailer pulls very well and can fit a 2 seat side by side or a few dirt bikes in the garage.
We replaced the converter with the highest rated POWERMAX converter we could find
Heater and AC work excellent
and lots of storage
Very minor ware and tear on interior
New heavy duty tires will be installed before sale, brakes will be re adjusted and all mechanical components will be looked over and inspected so the trailer will be ready to load up and head out your first day.
