Newer (2022)water heater. New laminate flooring (downstairs and bedroom). French door fridge with bottom freezer.
Outside kitchen w/ tv. Clear title, private seller, no sales tax.
Gooseneck hitch.( I have adapter to fit in 5th wheel rails)
Roof in good shape ( a few patched nicks). Self leveling system. Some scratches and dings here and there but a very comfortable home.
