Thank you for looking at our 2017 Forest River, Berkshire 40 BH. This motorhome is an exceptional shape. All items work flawlessly. It has the upgraded 380hp Cummins with a 10,000 pound towing capacity & 10k Onan diesel generator. 

With four slides, the interior feels huge. Full tile floor and blonde cabinets make the experience inside very bright and roomy. 

The refrigerator is a full-size residential fridge. The bunkhouse has been modified to assist with using the top bunk with a ladder and railing. All can be removed and the closet doors reinstalled if you prefer to use it as a closet.

Washer dryer in the back bedroom, as well as a constant hot water heater make traveling very easy, especially with kids. 

We love the kitchen living room layout as it provides lots of seating, and a comfortable space to spend time with each other. The L-shaped couch folds out into a queen bed. The mattress for the queen bed is similar to an arrow bed with a mattress over the top, which feels much more comfortable than a pullout mattress that is thin and you feel the framework underneath you.

There are six TVs throughout the inside and outside of the motorhome. One TV is in a dedicated cabinet on the side of the motorhome to watch movies under the stars.

The fully heated basement is very nice for all weather usage. The motorhome is also easy to winterize. Some of the small amenities include a built-in vacuum system, recreational propane valve for grills, electric fireplace in living room that produces heat, and full width slide in the basement for storage. 

We are selling the motorhome fully equipped with all utensils, knives, bedding, grill, and outdoor oven so it is ready for you to go shopping for food and hit the road. All things we purchased for this motorhome were nice quality, including UGG brand bedding that is in phenomenal shape.

We are a family of six and we have loved using this motorhome. We are excited to sell it to someone who will get the same enjoyment out of traveling with it. The motorhome is set up with a tow vehicle which is a 2013 Jeep Sahara
With a Manual transmission and 58,000 miles. 
This was great fun at national parks for our kids to see the sites with the top off. The one item that makes this jeep super unique is a third row.
