If you want to make the upgrade from totes and a tent, this will do it. Its what we did and have enjoyed every minute of owning this tear drop. And it fits in a one car garage if you have parking or storage concerns. We are moving to Hawaii and do not need to take it with us. Our loss is your gain.

It has a $1000 custom tempurpedic mattress that is bigger than a King or CA King. We call it our hotel on wheels. I have replaced the refridgerator slide out as the one that came with it was cheap and malfuntioned.
It has back up lights that make it super easy to park at night in a dark campsite.
It comes with a charging solar panel and has a trickle charger installed.
