Overall this unit is in great shape. Roof has never leaked and always maintained. Appliances all work and ready for use.
Single ac unit but wired for second unit in rear. Azdel construction 4 season ready. Wired for solar but no panels currently. dual 30lb propane tanks. 50amp cord included plus surge protector. Pretty much everything else is industry standard. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
