RV Description

*SALE PENDING*

We’re selling our 2021 Heartland Cyclone 4006. It has been perfect for our family of 5 for three RV seasons since we bought it new in April 2021. We’ve just reached a point where our kids are older and no longer able to join us for our camping trips, so it’s time to downsize quite a bit. The RV is in excellent condition and has served as our occasional vacation and weekend getaway for trips around Colorado. We still plan to use it a few more times over the next few months while it is listed so it will be in and out of storage from time to time.A couple highlights that you may or may not see in the photos:

  • All 6 tires brand new
  • Onan Generator
  • 3 Air Conditioners (rear is also a heat pump)
  • Yeti Package and water line heaters for cold weather camping
  • Outdoor flattop grille and small refrigerator that comes in handy at the campsite
  • Never used the gas pump in the rear of the unit and never put a motorized vehicle in the garage. It was used only for bicycles, toys, and the kids sleeping
  • Custom mounted Clear Source water filtration system
  • Upgraded Rotaflex pinbox
  • LED underlighting installed
  • Upgraded and larger Smart-tv in living room on a swivel mount with Vizio Sound Bar and Subwoofer hidden behind the couch
  • DVD players installed on all 3 tv’s in the RV
  • Memory Foam twin mattress installed in the rear loft area
  • Rear curtain to cover sliding glass doors in the back for privacy (also replaced the blinds in back with curtains we made to block out the light)
  • Storage bins and boxes in the garage area for kids to use for clothes
  • TST valve stem tire pressure monitors installed on all 6 tires
  • Upgraded house batteries
  • Resealed all windows last Spring
  • Built a low profile bike rack in the garage that’s easy to modify and use for bicycles of any size
We’ve priced the rig honestly and just want to see it go to someone who will be able to use it since we won’t be able to much longer. USBank carries the loan, making it easy to complete a sale and transfer title.

Full disclosure. There is a small damaged section of the lower fiberglass cap on the front of the RV that came from a recent visit to an rv park unfortunately. We have it scheduled to be repaired locally. Happy to show that to you as well and factored it into our price (you’re welcome to repair it yourself, use your own person, or simply leave it sealed as it is). It doesn’t impact the rig at this point.
