Beautiful and like new RV! Upgraded master mattress is super comfy, we installed a remote controlled fan in the master as well. Tv was installed in living area above the electric fireplace and in the bunk room. DVD player can be included in the sale. Awning is in tact and in wonderful condition! We did have a water leak early on from freezing temps while on a camping trip. We fixed immediately and there was minor damage on the wood in the very back of the outdoor kitchen (so not very noticeable). Outdoor kitchen includes storage area, mini fridge, and burner for cooking. Outdoor shower is amazing at the beach! And, 2 entry doors are convenient. One open to the living area and one to the bathroom. Bunk room has a fold out "couch" that sleeps 2 (queen size) or the couch can be removed easily. We stack the couch on bunks when traveling to store items like golf clubs & luggage! This is a nice sized RV for a family and we have loved it!!! Only selling because we are too busy with sports & school activities.
