ADDITIONAL, professionally installed steel rod placed below fresh water tank to prevent it from ever falling through the underbelly when filled or while driving. Newly replaced tail lights and has passed recent state inspection less than 3 months before being stored. There is one soft spot near the entry to the RV that is completely fixable. Couch in the bunk room will need to be replaced, if desired, as it was removed and discarded to fit specialized bunks that we wanted, instead. We kept all 4 of the original factory-installed tires. They are still in decent condition and we will give them to the new owners FOR FREE as backup spare tires! We just did not want to travel any significant distance without replacing them for peace of mind regarding the safety of our family!
