This 2019 Forest River/River stone 39RKFB is in very good condition. I bought it in July 2023 and have lived in it part time. Never traveled around. Our house is complete and we simply don't need it anymore. Priced to sell. Comes with a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. 3 AC units, 2 fire places, 2 bathrooms, king bed, 3 TV's, nice roomy kitchen with residential type appliances. Walk-in closet, Washer Dryer connection. We pulled the W/D and made more closet space out of that room. Easier to simply use the laundry matt which most every RV park has. If you are in the market for this model RV, you will find that the 2019 through 2024 all have the exact same floor plan. The only difference is 2020 and newer does not have a fire place in the master bedroom. They exchanged the fireplace for more cabinets. We simply added more cabinet space in the W/D room to give us the best of both worlds.
