This unit still smells like new and has always been garage covered, well maintained, and clean. The electric jack, tires, and air conditioning units remain covered when not in use. The plastic toilet has been upgraded to a new porcelain type. This Rockwood is built of high quality construction, we have never experienced any mechanical issues, and it has never been in the shop for any type of repairs. I am confident, it will provide many more years of family fun and adventure.
