Low mileage, easy to drive, park, maneuver, and handles great. VERY clean and well kept. MUST SEE! Has been garaged or kept under cover (included) and always maintained (maintenance records book). Recently the exterior was poly coated. Some light front passenger bumper/fender damage in January 2021 with prior owner, but has been secured and has had no issues. No other damage to disclose. Tires are 2 years old. Coach and engine batteries replaced in 2023. Inverter has option to convert to lithium batteries. Automatic leveling system. Everything works perfect! Queen bed in the rear, dinette converts into bed and fits two little ones or one adult. Bunk drops from the ceiling with electronic controls. AC blows cold and keeps unit comfortable, 30k BTU furnace keeps unit warm during colder weather. MaxxAir II vent covers, digital radio, CD player, DVD player, and mounted TV. Has USB ports throughout for charging phones and devices. 3 burner stove, oven, and microwave. No tears in main awning or slideout awning. Main awning is electric and covers majority of passenger side. Slideout in the living area really opens up the space. Plenty of storage inside and out. Cummins Onan QG 4000 generator has been regularly maintained. Expedition S2 Superior Edition RV cover, front passenger zipper is inoperable but a clamp keeps it closed nicely, and no other damage. 4 separate wheel covers included also. This RV is nice!!
