The coach was purchased from a friend who was the original owner and came with excellent maintenance records. I am the second owner who will also provide excellent maintenance records. This coach is all electric. The coach is equipped with an air ride spartan chassis. It has a 12500 KVA generator with 103 operating hours. Diamond shield was replaced in 2022. Two front tires changed in 2022 with Michelin tires. March 2023 12 windows were rebuilt due to fogging. Six rear tires were replaced in 6/2023 with Michelin. Eight gel no maintenance house batteries were install also in 6/2023. August 2023 removed sofa and replaced with 2 Villa power recliners and new carpeting. November 2023 40,000 mile service to include all fluids and filters plus chassis service. We have made significant upgrades to our coach however we thought we would RV longer than the 10 year part time, however circumstances have changed and we can not continue to RV.
