Selling AS-IS

I bought this RV in the Spring (2016) and we’ve used it only 2 times. Due to life and other circumstances, we have to part ways. Our loss is someone else’s gain. The trailer is in good shape for it’s year model and having been used only twice. It needs a very good cleaning on the exterior as indicated in the pictures. Tires may or may not need to be replaced as they ‘ve been sitting. Additionally, there is a small leak under the kitchen sink (will have to be fixed/corrected). The roof has a small section that has been patched. Other than these items, the rig to my knowledge is in good working order. I’ve invested over 5K in the rig since purchasing and I’m sad to see it go; however, I hope someone will get the joy out of my hard work.
