This is a unicorn with being under 35ft for the campground accessibility while still offering bunk beds and a work space for fulltime living. We specifically chose this older model to ensure good bones and high quality build compared to the newer models. Everything that might be aging out has been updated and replaced for longevity. We've put in well over $20k to make it fulltime ready.

We're really sad to be saying goodbye to our home on wheels, but we will be international and don't want her sitting when another family could be enjoying.
She was fully remodeled in 2019 due to water damage and for full-time living. Ever since we have owned her, she has been meticulously maintained. A brand new rubber roof was put on in 2017 that the previous and original owners had installed.
