Fifth Wheel RV trailer spacious. Has 2 full bathrooms, Full size bed in loft. There is a table that turns into twin size bed with storage underneath and a bunk bed on top. There is a twin size bunk with a twin size bed under it. Will leave mattress covers that are already on beds. I have also added extra padding to beds to make more comfortable to sleep on.

Main bedroom has a king size bed with storage underneath and a closet and dresser. The closet has space to add a washer/dryer. Bed has extra padding to it to be more comfortable to sleep on, plus a mattress protector on it. Willing to leave all with trailer along with sheets and pillow cases for bed.

Kitchen has a pantry, 14 cu ft 4 door refrigerator. Oven has never been used. Storage space under sink currently used to store a garbage can which can go with trailer. 5 drawers for storage. Microwave with cupboards above it and stove below it. 4 other cupboards in kitchen. I am willing to leave cups, bowls, and plates with trailer.

Couch with all 3 sections that recline. Has cupholders on ends along with plugs for phones. Kitchen table with bench seat and 2 folding chairs. Large TV above. Small cupboard by table with 3 open storage spaces above.

Trailer has heating and ac. Neither have been used much. Two fans have been hung in trailer and can go with it. I also have 2 extra 30 lb propane tanks to go with trailer. Hose for dumping can go with trailer also. There is also a water hose to go with trailer, a blue dump tank, the leveling blocks. There is tank cleaning supplies and gloves to go with trailer.

3 outside storage areas. Also has a outside refrigerator and stove.

Selling for cost to payoff loan only. Not looking to make a profit.
