RV Description

2020 Highland Ridge Open Range 376FBH with upgrades.

We bought this beauty and made improvements for a 6 month Pacific Northwest tour.
We ended up only using it for 4 months after visiting family and friends through the holidays.
40-42ft, depending on which site you check.

Upgrades:
-TWO 400 watt solar panels with 60 amp solar charge controller & TWO 200 amp lithium LiFePO4 batteries
-G Rated tires installed Oct 2022-Splendide XL Washer/Dryer vented combo unit
-4 step lippert shock assist (drastically improves using the camper steps especially for kids)
-All leaf packs replaced Dec 2023-Trailair kingpin with shock and airbag
-New propane stovetop Jan 2024-New Electric Oven/Airfry combo unit June 2023
-Custom bunk beds with privacy curtains June 2023-Lots of shiplap trim work, taking off “old style” window coverings in favor of blackout pull shades, etc.
-2 stage high-flow full-time water filters installed at the water intake
-3 under-carriage sewer hose carriers
-Haloview 3 camera system with 7 inch monitor June 2023
-TST Truck TPMS system & monitor

Why we got this model in the first place:
-The rear storage is UNREAL. We can fit 6 bikes in the back compartment, and a ton of bins, generator, etc in the rest of the back
-Slide toppers
-Huge pass-through front storage
-2 separate bedrooms with closing doors
-1 1/2 bath
-Full size residential fridge with ice maker. This has been awesome and with the solar and battery bank, we never once had an issue.
-4 season with covered underbelly. We’ve been in 0 degree snowy weather, and with the furnace running, we’ve been perfectly comfortable with everything operational. I highly recommend a heated hose for that lol
-6 point lippert automatic leveling system. New main module being replaced because one of the middle stabilizer legs is throwing a fault code. Leveling works fine. Stabilizers get stuck. Leg was already replaced as a precaution ($1,200)
-2 ACs, with the front bunk room wired for a 3rd. Main unit is a 15k dometic with AC and a Heat pump. Rear is a 13.5k Dometic AC.
**Rear master bedroom window broke on our way here from AZ. Window was temporarily repalced with plexiglass. OEM replacement window ordered, but they take at least 5 weeks.

We are parked in Caddo Mills (Dallas, Texas) right now. Moving the camper into storage after March 15th when we move into our home.

Willing to deliver for a fee to nearby states.

Camper asking price: $55k OBO
