2019 Pleasure Way Lexor FL. We are the original owner, and will provide everything that came with the unit, including manuals and all service records are present. When we are not traveling, we drive vehicle every so often and exercise the generator every 3 weeks with a full load of 1 hr. (223 hrs on generator run time => Generator runs better with regular/longer run time). Regular oil changes (every ~7500 miles), and all recall work done including awning. Drain/refill on transmission done at 44,000 miles. Engine battery 3 yrs old. Furnace internal switch and propane regulator replaced once before. 2 solar panels.
