This extremely low mile RV has never left the state of Florida. Everything works, functions and operates. Normal wear items include faded stickers/ decals from sun, cracking seat vinyl in dining area. ONAN Generator has 44 hours, (3) TV's, seat covers, wheel covers, leveling blocks, rear luggage rack included. All necessary septic drain lines and water hose hook up accessories. Annual inspection of roof performed each year and caulked as necessary. This RV was used exclusively to show our dogs around the state.
