The design is optimized for hanging out in remote places - it’s best used for weekend warrior trips for 2 people and dogs, but also works great for long distance trips. We’ve used it mostly for trips around California for skiing, fly fishing, surfing, and a few overlanding trips across the USA.

This is the 144” wheelbase 4x4 model - basically the most capable van you can get, and it really is quite a beast off road. The stock van came with all options, sticker price was about $65K. The custom build was done by Advanture Co, costing about $120K and took about a year to complete. It has never been in an accident and has been meticulously maintained, all services done by Mercedes (with records). It has a few spots of normal wear and tear, but everything works.
