After two years, we are offering our refreshed RV as we are looking to downsize. All systems work flawlessly, even down to the cruise control. The only wear and tear you will find is on the driver & passenger seats. We did not refresh the cab area at all. The bathroom ceiling has noticeable staining from the previous owner, but we have never had a moisture problem as I have maintained the topside. The ceiling is not soft at / near the staining or any other location in the unit.

This 26' RV sits on a Ford F450 chassis with a Triton V10 that gets up to 10 mpg. There are 55265 miles on the odometer. Power windows & door locks are standard. Cruise control works wonderfully, as does the cab & house A/C. An

The master bedroom has a new true queen mattress with plenty of storage for clothes and other items. The unit sleeps four very comfortably but can accommodate up to six adults. A small dial safe is onboard and hidden for your valuables, just in case you need a little reassurance. It is large enough to store your revolvers or semi-auto's handguns.

The unit has an emergency starting capability in case the engine battery becomes drained. The unit has a 30 AMP service with a standard 25' cord. Also installed, as you will see, is a very reliable Onan 4000 generator with only 403 hours on the meter. A 36-gallon fresh water tank is onboard. The gray and black tank capacities are unknown, but they have never had any issues at all. There are three large storage areas on the passenger side that include a pass-through. On the driver's side is a single large storage area as well as the wet bay. The wet bay does contain a functioning shower with hot & cold faucets. The towing hitch is set for 3500 lb. with an operational 4 prong and a 7 prong plug-all operational. The tires have plenty of good tread remaining, and the oil change is current and fresh.
