This trailer has served me well for 3 years of full time RVing and will be great whether you are planning on long-term or weekend camping.
Open and spaceous living area and outdoor kitchen allow for a great time with family and friends for any weather.Single A/C unit with connections for a 2nd offers good cooling in the warmer months, and the fireplace will keep you nice and warm in the cooler weather.

The booth dinette offers large storage space under the seats with an option for additional sleeping, and the trailer overall has a good amount of cabinet storage.

The stock queen size matress has been replaced with a memory foam mattress and the shower head replaced as well to offer better water flow.

Kitchen island offers additional pantry space and frees up the counter next to the oven for cooking. Appliances are all in good working order with the exception of the hot water heater which is currently running only on gas; I will be fixing this before transfering ownership.

Trailer will come with a Husky weight-distribution hitch which greatly reduces the tongue weight and vertical bouncing while towing.

Installed deep-cell batteries are trickle-charged by the factory-installed solar panel and I am including 2 lithium-ion batteries with lithium charger that just have not yet been installed.

Sofa and theater seating does have some minor damage from cats scratching them instead of their scratching post.

I am also looking to sell my 2019 Ford F-350 Gas V8-Hemi truck (silver) if you are looking for a full rig setup. It has just under 60,000 miles on it, crew cab, long bed, 4x4 and camper packages, and has had zero problems pulling this trailer and my previous fifth-wheel since I bought it. I am asking around $39,500 for the truck.
