This is a very nice luxury fifth wheel designed for year round living. Unit has Azdel insulated exterior walls, holding tank heaters, 3 rooftop a/c units( one is also a heat pump, floor furnace, fireplace, double pane windows, skirting (requires hook and loop tape), separate washer and dryer units, Furrion stove top, microwave and DOUBLE ovens along with a residential sized Insignia refrigerator. All lighting and hvac are controlled via touchscreen as well as conventional lighted push buttons. Both couches have power recliners on each end that have massage and ambient lighting features. This unit is a bit different having 1 full bath and one half bath both with porcelain toilets. The main bath features walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The exterior has full auto paint, a MORryde fifth wheel hitch, six hydraulic leveling jacks with auto level controlled by touchscreen. Has upgraded suspension and brakes on both axles.
