Ready to go camping! We've upgraded to a bigger camper because we have 3 dogs but still love this one. The storage is amazing for a camper this size, the cabinetry is beautiful.

Everything works and we're including a power cable, chocks and water hose so you are ready to go.

There are several great upgrades :
- tank heaters on fresh and gray tanks
- lifted an extra 2 inches
- reinforced rear receiver - receiver is welded to the frame
- backup camera (receiver included)

Tires and battery in good shape. Stored indoors.

Some small flaws:
- hitch is sticky and require extra encouragment
- counter laminate has become detached - replacement material to match dinette table is in the camper if you want to go that way
- I never had keys to the outdoor shower compartment and water hookup compartment - I use a small screw to hold them shut
