Mechanical.-Newmar coach. Built Pre-DEF. Sits upon a Spartan Mountain Master chassis. Has a 400 HP Cummins ISL diesel, with an Allison 3000MH 6 speed automatic transmission. A 7.5kW onan generator. Hydro Hot system for hot water and for the furnace heat source. All systems have been serviced annually to ensure the quality performance is maintained. Records are available.
NEW- TOYO Commercial bus tires (305/70R22.5 M144)mounted on aluminum alloy wheels. Installed February 2024.

-There is a four-point semi-automatic hydraulic leveling jack system.
- Norcold #100 freezer on its own dedicated pullout tray in the basement.
-The Patio awning is a 17’ A&E Weather-Pro electric awning.
- The entrance door and steps are protected by an Oasis automatic awning.

INTERIOR:Fine Coastal Hardwood Cherry cabinetry and appointments, throughout the coach.
-There are two flat screen TVs, one in the living area and one out on the patio.
-There are swivel and reclinable passenger and driver’s chairs.
-Automatic floor cover for over the entrance stairs.
-In the kitchen you find a three-burner range, Microwave/convection oven, dual sinks and plenty of Corian kitchen counterspace.
-NEW 15 cubic foot 12volt Norcold refrigerator model N15DCSS. It is a three door, compressor powered refrigerator installed in November 2023 and has a 2 yr. warranty.
- Bathroom area there is a privacy commode with its own sink/vanity, as well as a master bedroom sink and vanity beside a spacious step in glass enclosed shower.
-The master bedroom has a comfortable new up graded queen size pillow top mattress, sliding mirror doors for the large rear cap closet with storage shelves. There is ample drawer and shelf space in the cherry cabinetry and a separate corner closet for the washer/dryer combo unit.
-The near endless hot water supply is provided by the electric/diesel powered Hydro-Hot system. This system also provides for the furnace heat on cold mornings, or you can use the heat pumps from the two centrally ducted 13.5M roof AC units with heat pumps, as the alternative to the furnace.
- New roof was installed in October of 2023. Complete with New insulation, New plywood decking, New PVC skin, All new roof vents, New sky lite, New King TV antenna.
