Camper is in great shape! Instant hot water heater which is nice for a family needing more than just 6 gallons of hot water at a time. Delivered up to 122 gallons of hot water per hour. 54 gallons fresh water capacity, 86 gallon grey water capacity, 43 gallon waste water capacity. We added a vented washer dryer combo. Works great! 
Really enjoy this camper but trying to buy a house and eliminate some other debt. Asking less than pay off in order to hopefully get it sold. We do have a lien on the camper so buyer will be needing to work with us on that. These same units list for as high as 85,000.00 on here so why not save some money and buy one new one that’s been gently used!? We are included everything we have with this trailer, all extras needed to take camping today other than a R.V. sewer hose. We will also include our blue ox weight distribution hitch!
