This unit has not been lived in and only used occationally by adult couple. We searched for a long time to find this floorplan and it is an excellent towing 5th wheel. We have recently replaced the tires with 14 ply radials and greased the bearings. The matress was replaced, a Dometic ceramic bowl elongated model 320 was placed in the 1/2 bath and both bathroom faucets were replaced with raised American Standard for comfort. We installed a Sony sound bar and TV remote extender to enhance the entertainment area. The RV has been stored inside an enclosed building since we brought it home it smells new (non-smokers and was rarely cooked in). The roof and awning are clean and intact, the sides and windows are shinny and have no damage, the electric auto leveling pads will include Snap Pads. All systems are go. Let us know what you think.
