Bought this to travel then plans changed.
Comes with everything you need to RV that the dealership didn't give me.
What I've added or replaced;
New battery, macerator pump, queen-size mattress, smoke/co detectors, windshield covers, chock blocks, 2 5gal spare water cans, 30ft of extra 30 Amp cable, a 50-30 Amp adapter cable, a plugin circuit breaker, fresh water hoses, black water cleaning hose, 20ft sewer hose, 20ft sewer hose stand (all blackwater equipment comes in a sealed tote with heavy duty gloves and sanitation wipes), 10x20 lawn mat with stakes, emergency jumpstart pack, roof jel coat repair kit, fridge dehumidifier, living area dehumidifier, Bug control

Internal propane and water hookups are on board along with 30-amp service. The refrigerator can run on both gas and electricity depending on your need and there is an internal gas generator installed at the rear of the vehicle that was recently serviced that runs off the main fuel tank. Comes with a receiver hitch and paired keys for it. Also comes with locking exterior hatches.
The driving portion is a 2017 Ford f-450e with a triton V-10 engine and an automatic transmission. And yes, it even has cruise control. Engine was just recently serviced as well.
The interior is solid with new cushions for the dinette and no soft spots in the floor.
PROBLEMS: some of the veneer inside is scuffed or rubbed of in spots. Biggest one is a little over quarter sized. Back up camera has moisture in it. It works but the water needs to be removed to see clearly. A hidden panel in the storage locker is cracked through, however it's just there to hide some cabling. Exterior weather stripping is discolored from rain and dirt.
Overall, it's a good rig, and it deserves to go to a good owner.
