Good condition 2015 21RS. Tons of storage in a small package. Absouletly love this model but with two large dogs and a couple of large people I got a 240FS to replace this one. Bought from Camping World in Fl last April. Drove back to NJ no problem and had a few trips up to Binghamton, NY, knoebels, Wildwood et afterwards. Clear title no money owed. All roof seals were done last spring by CW when I bought it. No rust underneath of chassis or rv frame. Generator has 460.4 hours.
The upgrades and options:
1. Rear Sumo springs
2. Smaller vanity in bathroom and clocked the toilet. Can now use the bathroom with door shut. Many pictures on forums and facebook groups doing the same thing. Made a world of difference.
3. Hengs vortex 2 fan in bathroom. Larger and reversible.
4. Oxygenics showerhead
5. 3 maxxair vent covers
6. new single bowl kitchen sink with pull out faucet and soap dispenser. Dispenser never got filled yet. 2 piece sink cover
7. Bunk cushion set brand new just put in prior to photos couple of days ago. I bought it without one at all then bought cushion set back in summer just never opened it.
8. Outside tv on pull out swivel base.
9. New 32" tv on wall for bedroom
10. Has outside pullout table, they call grill station
11. Has upgraded 8" mattress.
12. Added led light strip under awning.

15. Added a black tank flush system
16. Side windows and roof vents just resealed.

The negative
1. Awning has a slight tear, will get photo later forgot until I was typing, from a tree branch falling
2. Led light over kitchen sink missing cover and only half lights up.
3. Sliding window trim piece handle fell off. Opens and closes easy with fingers. Still have piece to put back on. I did not want to rick breaking window.
4. That is all. Everything works as it should and unit is winterized.
5. Had water leaks over bunk from window and a marker light and one under dinette window. All resealed recently. There is a small hole in bunk corner that I cut to find water issue. Soft spot under dinette indow nor behind cushion where wallpaper separated.
