Like brand new. Everything works as it should. We bought a little over a year ago, drove it home to Nebraska from Texas then took it to local lake camping twice this last summer. Has generator and black water flush system. Only selling because we want to get a fifth wheel toy hauler so we can take our motorcycles with us and have a vehicle. We have not towed anything with this unit. Has full body paint so no decals. Always stored in my heated shed. Still smells like new inside. No pets and no smoking. Outdoor kitchen with sink and fridge. 50" exterior TV under the power awning. This was supposed to be our forever rv but we bought motorcycles. Call with questions.
