24 Foot Interior Length – 28 Foot Total Length. Dry weight of 4,700 pounds with a hitch weight of 500 pounds and a GVWR of 7,000 pounds. Easily towable with a half ton ton truck or large SUV!

Fresh water tank capacity of 49 Gallons with 33 Gallon Gray and Black Tanks. Interior height of 81 inches (six foot 9 inches) so there is plenty of headroom! Sleeps 4 - 5 adults comfortably.

I am the 2nd owner (1st owner only had it for 1 year according to the dealer). It is in excellent condition and everything is in perfect working order.

Low Maintenance Roof – All roof areas re caulked and then covered with Eternabond Tape – eliminates having to re caulk every 1-3 years.

Every seam and window on the outside of the trailer has been caulked. This is above and beyond how the trailer left the factory and eliminates any potential leak point at a seam or window.

4 tire covers included – I have kept the tires covered every day.

Bearings greased in 2023.

The only issue noted is the awning has a small tear on the right side and it was that way when we purchased it from the dealer. I taped it and the tear never got larger and has never caused any operational issue.
