There are 2 mattress pads to sleep on. Underneath the loft is the bonus room which has over head cabinets, standup cabinets and a desk. Has a couch which pulls out into a full size bed which can sleep 2 adults. In the kitchen, there is a full size 18cu/ft refrigerator with ice maker, kitchen island with the sink, 3 burner stove with a good size oven. Microwave over the stove. Has a good size pantry and a coffee bar. Plenty of cabinets for pots and pans. There is a free standing dinette with 4 chairs. In the living room there are 2 reclining chairs opposite to the 50" tv and a couch which pulls out into a queen size bed. There is a built in stereo with Bluetooth and speakers inside and outside and has a ceiling fan in the living room. It is Wi-Fi ready has the winegard router already installed with a Verizon SIM card currently in it. It will work I believe on Verizon and at&t towers. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and cups and silverware. It's ready for camping. Includes a 30' heated water hose, 25' regular water hose, a 15' sewer hose and a 5' sewer hose with an elbow and adaptor to go into the clean out.
