Exceptionally well maintained CoachWe purchased this unit brand new from the factory. The bunkhouse was a layout that we thought would be best for taking the grandkids. After a year and a half and many trips, not once did any of our grandkids sleep in those bunks! So we are only selling so we can get a unit with no bunks, but with a bath and a half instead. It's a 100% functioning unit. We added a few things like airhorns and some storage customizations, but otherwise it's completely stock. There are pictures here from when returned from our last trip south, before we winterized. We can take more pics and a video if you want to see anything else.

We towed our Ford Edge everywhere and you wouldn't even notice it back there. On long hills you might slow a bit, but the diesel power will get you up and over with no problem. From our estimates it gets about 11-12MPG with no toad, and with the Toad somewhere like 9-10MPG. With the 90 gal diesel tank we could drive all day.
The only real complaints we had with the unit was that the AC units would pretty much run full-tilt all day if it's over 90 outside. Even with the awning out, it's a lot of work for those to keep below 75 inside. Also the queen bed in the back is very firm so we used another mattress - we never used the factory one (we put it back in to sell). And last, I think we would prefer a gas stovetop to the electric as my wife likes to cook.

We took this coach north to Maine once, twice to Florida, and probably 6-7 times to TN. All in the spring and summer, maybe twice as late as Oct.

Very clean, we covered almost everything while using it, washed it almost every time we used it, and our longest outing was 9 days. We are going to sell and get another one that is a better match for our lifestyle - hoping a young family will like this one
