This is a trailer with a lot of life left. We really took care of this little baby.

This is a two door trailer.one door into the living area and one into the bathroom.

Inside: Queen bedroom in front with two closets and lots of storage. Bed has a wonderful foam mattress topper for a more comfortable sleep. Full bunks in back (one has a mattress topper). Couch folds down to a twin.
Kitchen has plenty of pantry space and storage, good size fridge, three burner stove plus small oven, and microwave.
Bathroom has a shower we NEVER used. :)
One slide out for the dining area and couch. U-shaped booth which fits five and is one of my favorite things about the trailer-the whole family can eat together.
Electric fireplace with fun color changing lights. Puts out enough heat at night if you want to forego the heater. Nice TV with hookups above fire place.
AC and heater as well as solar power when needed. 6 gain continuous heating water tank.

When you buy this trailer, you are going to get everything you need to immediately go out and explore and camp. All hookups included (hoses, tools, etc)-water, power, sewer and cable. Wheel chocks, power jacks, two 40 pound propane bottles, artic package. And three new tires.
Additionally, you will get all dishes and cooking gear (fully stocked kitchen), all sheets and towels.
