This is a beautiful, comfortable trailer that lives like a home. The bedroom is separated from the living areas with a full sized door. The bedroom boasts a king sized bed, dresser space and large closet with sliding doors. W/D hookups are in this closet. The ensuite bathroom includes two vessel sinks with medicine cabinets, a linen closet, and a large comfortable shower. The kitchen has a full sized 4 burner gas stove with gas oven. The oven has never been used. The full sized Samsung refrigerator has a bottom pull out freezer with an ice maker. The full sized microwave oven functions as a convection oven as well. We never used this function and the racks are stored in the pantry There is ample seating for 4 at the full sized dining table and a pop up counter extender. And please notice the large pantry and the 1/2 bath off of the kitchen!! Yes! 2 bathrooms!! Tons of storage in the living area, as well, on either side of the pop up large screen TV. Trailer can be quick connected to cable or a firestick makes the TVs in the living and bedroom smart tvs. The large living room has two facing couches that can each pull out to be queen sized beds. The two power recliners with USB chargers are perfectly placed in front of the electric fireplace located below the big screen TV. Light and bright with lots of windows that open for a great cross breeze shades that pull down when you need privacy. The only thing not perfect about this trailer is some minor upholstery damage on two armrests and some discoloring of the vinyl tile at the entry. The armrests have been repaired but we understand that these things slightly dimenish the value and have priced accordingly. On the upside the only road time the tires have experienced is when the trailer was delivered to us. It has been parked on gravel and raised on the jacks since the day it was delivered. The oven was never used and the refrigerator still has most of the protective plastic coverings. The central vacuum system accesories were never even taken out of the bag. The vehicle observation system and Tire Monitoring System are both new and still in the box. There are 2 power awnings that cover the front of the trailer and the trailer itself sports a beautiful navy, gray and white custom paint job. Touch up paint included. The outside storage capacity is amazing. My husband and I lived in the camper on our property while our home was undergoing a renovation.
