It's as good as new! Camper was on site in RI year round, now in CT. New (comfy!) queen mattress, added futon sofa and moved dinette seating to bunk house. Replaced door window with a shade to allow both light and privacy. Installed digital lock. TV, DVD and radio with outdoor speakers. Has a nice fireplace which helps when chilly. Great outdoor kitchen space. Has ample storage, even washer/dryer hookup (not used). Well loved, great for a family, and our pups loved it too!
