2020 Forest River Wildwood X-Lite. 31’ 263BXHL (bunk model). Original owner. Purchased with a transferable platinum warranty - covers everything on the RV (see photos). 3-4 years remaining on it.

No leaks, everything works (retractable awning, AC, hot water heater, heater, stove/oven, fireplace, microwave, indoor/outdoor speakers, motorized jack, etc.) Winterized and cleaned every season. I will include the weight distribution hitch used for towing. Outdoor kitchen model with griddle and mini fridge, hose hook-up, and electric. Great layout for kids with the bunk beds and a rare tub-shower combo. Double entry w/ outdoor access direct to bathroom. Large pantry. Couch and dinette convert to sleeping areas.

We used it primarily for one season 2020 so it’s in really good condition. We had a second kid and do not have enough free weekends to justify keeping it now. Used maybe 10 times in the last two years.
