First owner, purchased the last year produced.  Our family has grown, so we are upgrading.  

We have installed aftermarket upgrades of an A/C soft start, pneumatic or magnetic hinges on all interior and exterior cabinet doors, a base shelf to level the closet floor, a battery disconnect switch, a rear camera, eye hooks to receive a hammock for additional sleeping space, and an inline water pressure diaphragm.

Never had repairs.  (Tiny whip antenna broke off, but we still receive fm radio as good as before.  We play Bluetooth from our phone anyway.  Has a nice BT stereo system.  Indoor and outdoor speakers.)
