RV Description

Well built, base level motorhome ideal for shorter trips for 2 adults and small children. Family likes the RV but has outgrown it.
No slides, hydraulic jacks, or unnecessary options to fix or maintain. It also results in a lighter unit allowing more cargo carrying capacity. The weight has allowed the original suspension to remain in good shape as well. Also lots different of storage spaces inside and out for your gear since it was the base model with less options. The larger pass through storage in the back really sets it apart from most RVs.
Engine oil changed regularly, fuel filter 5k miles ago, new tires in 2021, replaced the roof vent covers in 2022, new front brake lines as well in 2023. To my knowledge everything on the truck part of it functions to get you from point A to B. It has never broken down while I have owned it since 2016. As for the house, new LP tank and digital thermostat in 2020, new door entry lock in 2019, original spring loaded awning arms replaced with manual worm gear in 2017. Roof was resurfaced (rubber applied) in 2017. Original owners liked green marble counters and put them in as well as a roof mounted TV satilitte that I could never get to work. Outside condition is fair and functional overall. Last time used in late 2023.
As of last time used AC, furnance, fridge, toilet, faucets, vent fan, entry step motion, all lights (inside and out), water pump, microwave, hot water heater (LP) all still work. The older front TV is tied to a DVD player. The rear TV works sometimes.
Only known issue is the onboard generator functioned well until 2021. So no AC power while traveling.
Please note this is a 19 year old motorhome with a lot of original equipment still on it. As I described above motorhomes this age require constant maintenance and it is priced with that in mind. If you inquire please don't expect promises of perfection like you would if you bought a new unit at 10x the price. It's being sold as-is. Its a nice looking unit for its age and I recommend you see it in person if you are a serious buyer.
