RV Description

This is a superb RV. Lots of room, good cooking facilities, very comfortable queen bed, excellent AC and heating. Fully stocked with kitchenware, outside furniture, barbeque, miscellaneous tools and spare parts. It has a Sony and Bose sound system and Winegard satellite antenna. It's on a Workhorse P32 heavy duty chassis with a 4 speed Allison transmission and an 8.1 liter GM engine. We hate to sell it but we have decided we are getting too old to continue to enjoy its benefits. When we purchased it in the summer of 2021 we anticipated that we would be using it for more than just a few years so we spent a lot of time and money making it more comfortable and dependable. We replaced the backup camera with a wireless color camera and installed it in the dash rather than overhead. We replaced the fold out (and uncomfortable) couch with two recliners. We installed a motorized lift tv that is much more suitable for viewing than the awkward original position. We removed some cabinets that blocked the view. We painted the interior and replaced the old faded window coverings with pull down blinds. It has new tires and new coach and chassis batteries. We did preventive maintenance by overhauling the engine cooling system with a new radiator, new hoses, water pump, idler pulley, fan clutch, and thermostat. We recently serviced the transmission, differential, and generator. We replaced the alternator, air conditioning compressor, and fuel pump. Finally we replaced the shock absorbers and added a steering stabilizer. Everything works and it drives like a dream. Gas mileage is good, engine runs smooth, both engine and transmission run cool, and it does not burn oil. We have all the owners manuals and service records for our time of ownership plus a fair amount of records from the two previous owners.
