We've had a wonderful ride with our RV, we have moved into the mountains and no longer need to travel to them. We've taken excellent care of our RV by maintaining regular repairs & services. Buying our RV will allow you to bypass the "shake-down" period on RVs. This is when, unfortunately, the buyer has to repair all the shortcuts and poorly assembled areas of the camper. Our Cummins generator, with 20 hours on it, needed the seals replaced 3 months in. The warranty covered that. The Master/queen bed has a mattress pad on it for extra comfort. I added 2 additional batteries (3 total), and a 180w solar panel to trickle charge the batteries. This has a panel inside, and an app to monitor charging. There is an additional 25' extension for the 50amp power, tire covers, 20' of sewer hose with hose supporter, and, for extra, we have a washer/dryer that hooks up in the garage. The RV was winterized every season.
