2020 Forest River Montana fifth wheel. The unit has been used a half dozen times on short trips. The trailer is in excellent condition. It is Model 3740FK, which has a front kitchen with four-season living which includes underside insulation and the internally heated tanks. The coach comes with a TV satellite system and solar panels. This model Montana has one of the largest storage areas in the market. There is an 8' slide out tray in the rear with storage under the bedroom area (see photos).
The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances; the refrigerator is full size that works on both electric and propane. The microwave is a convection oven as well. There is a three-burner stove and oven. The kitchen area comes with plenty of storage for all of those small appliances. The kitchen has a large front facing window that opens the kitchen to the outdoors. 
The living area has two couches, two Thomas Payne massage and heated recliners, ceiling fan, electric fireplace and large TV. There are three multi speed ceiling vents with auto rain closing features with one located in the bathroom, living area and kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower, porcelain toilet, and vanity. The master bedroom comes with a Cal-King tempur-pedic bed. You can access the bed on both sides. Plenty of storage for clothes and bedding. Separate AC controls in the bedroom, TV and washer/dryer hook ups. There is an extended warranty as well.
