Extra clean fifth wheel trailer that includes a 7 year extended warranty from the date of May 2021. Comfortable living with a ton of storage space. This unit includes the Amy Gray Signature Series Driftwood decor. The kitchen includes a pantry that could is set up for washer/dryer hookup. There is a pass-thru storage space under the bedroom.

Bed is a queen size and has the usual storage underneath the bed. Carpet in the bedroom only. When I was looking to buy the RV, I liked the fact that it had a separate bedroom with a door. The theatre seats are also very comfortable. The also heat up and have a massage setting.

The television is on an arm that can be pulled out away from the wall and also turned so you can see it better from the dining table.

The RV is currently at a place where it can be plugged in so everything can be tested. I will have to move it into a storage lot in the middle of March.

All appliances work, the plumbing works great as does the AC/Heat.
