41' this is a four season rv. it has tank heaters. i have installed washer and dryer. i have a generator i will include, i never needed to use it there was always shore power. its a generac 3500 with 110v 20amp 220v 30amp. all slides outs have retractable awnings. it has 19' power awning. I just installed new roof oct 2023. i just had the exterior polished and waxed. new battery. it has a central vacuum system. 2 ac units. two tv's. two entrance doors. nice big shower. big refrigerator. i have used this rv two weeks every year, that makes it about 3 or 4 months of use total. it has a self level hydraulic system. it has alot of storage. it sleeps 8. you get a great view out the front window 11' high so, if you get second row at the beach, you can still get a ocean view. i have maintained this camper i think well, and i purchased it new. any questions please call.
